Healthcare Account Manager

Become a part of our dynamic team at BCB Medical Ltd as a Healthcare Account Manager In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Swedish healthcare sector by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to build strong relationships and achieve successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the public sector, specifically with Swedish regional healthcare procurement units. They will also have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing the sales process. Additionally, they will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to efficiently manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines.
This role requires strong sales forecasting and budget management skills, ensuring alignment with company goals. The successful candidate will also be skilled in contract negotiations, including reviewing and finalizing agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
