Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Measurement and Test Engineer to join our expanding Product and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing laboratory measurements and interpreting results that are crucial for the advancement of our heat pump technology. Your expertise will be essential in setting up and managing heat pumps under various testing conditions, as well as conducting electrical, acoustic, and mechanical evaluations.

Your early engagement in the product development process will allow you to significantly influence technical decisions and design strategies, thereby shaping both the product and the collaborative culture of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate heat pumps with diverse measurement systems.
  • Establish and perform measurement protocols.
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues, including both hardware and software components.
  • Analyze and interpret measurement data.
  • Compile and present detailed reports.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop testing scenarios and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the refinement of operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in energy systems, physics, electronics, mechanics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in measurement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with refrigeration technology and thermodynamics is advantageous.
  • Experience in testing hardware products, particularly heat pumps, is preferred but not essential.
