Role Overview
We are seeking a Measurement and Test Engineer to join our expanding Product and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing laboratory measurements and analyzing results to support the development of our heat pump products. Your tasks will include setting up and operating heat pumps under various conditions, as well as conducting electrical, acoustic, and mechanical evaluations.
Your early contributions will be pivotal in shaping our processes and technological decisions, significantly influencing product design and the overall team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrating heat pumps with diverse measurement systems.
- Establishing and executing measurement protocols.
- Troubleshooting system issues across hardware and software domains.
- Interpreting measurement data for insights.
- Compiling detailed reports on findings.
- Collaborating with peers to develop testing scenarios and methodologies.
- Contributing to the refinement of operational processes.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in energy systems, physics, electronics, mechanics, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in measurement methodologies.
- Familiarity with refrigeration technology and thermodynamics is advantageous.
- Experience in testing hardware products, particularly heat pumps, is preferred but not essential.
