**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to support our Field Service Engineers support team. As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying SCCM packaged applications, working on operational tasks, and providing Tier 2 and 3 support for issue resolution relevant to packaging and FSE support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deploying SCCM packaged applications to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Working on operational tasks to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Providing Tier 2 and 3 support for issue resolution relevant to packaging and FSE support.
  • Exploring opportunities to further improve our services and stay on top of the ever-changing technology and security threats.

**Requirements**

  • Experience with SCCM for deploying packaged applications.
  • Providing end-user support and services in an enterprise Microsoft Windows environment.
  • In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Basics of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Batch scripting.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware for testing packages.
  • Understanding of various ITIL Processes and how they work.
  • Experience of Windows patching, troubleshooting, and patch management.
  • Understanding the basics of Network and network security.
  • Understanding the basics of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Relevant experience with hands-on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure.
  • Self-motivated to work independently, eager to learn and pick up new activities and challenges as they arise, as well as acquire new skills.
  • Good team player, actively participating and contributing toward achieving our mission successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
