About the Role

As a key member of our cross-functional scrum team at Infotree Global Solutions, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of our packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Translation: Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into actionable sub-system requirements related to packaging.
  • Validation and Verification: Develop and execute a validation and verification strategy for packaging-related activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Design and execute test plans to validate packaging performance and functionality, analyzing results and documenting findings in detailed reports.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate and execute packaging-related activities in accordance with established procedures, standards, and methods.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve packaging-related performance and functionality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for packaging-related activities, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement new procedures and test validation methods to ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold an academic degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, preferably a Master of Science.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and network with colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a structured and process-oriented manner.
  • Industry Experience: Have experience in the packaging industry, with knowledge of packaging materials, food package interactions, and statistics.
  • Teamwork and Initiative: Be a team player who can take on individual initiatives and drive activities to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product Development Experience: Have past experience in the product development process, specifically in the packaging area.
  • Technical Test Methodologies: Possess experience in technical test methodologies, including primary and secondary packaging, openings, and closures.
  • Physical Testing: Be well-acquainted and self-sufficient in physical testing.
  • Requirement Management: Have knowledge of requirement management procedures and risk assessment.
