We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry. As a key member of the Sales department, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with dealers and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies and plans, with a primary focus on visiting retail stores.
  2. Conducting regular visits to retail locations to support and motivate the sales team.
  3. Providing product demonstrations and sales support to drive sales performance.
  4. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners.
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends.
  7. Setting individual store-level sales targets and tracking progress.
  8. Providing regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales.

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
  3. Ability to work with teams from various countries and cultural backgrounds.
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  5. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
