About the Job:This role involves working with payment operations and customer support, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure smooth payment processes. You'll handle tasks like managing client funds, reconciling invoices, and monitoring transactions, all while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
As a Payments Support Administrator, you will work closely with various teams, including compliance, product, and finance, to resolve complex payments and product-related issues. You'll also use Zendesk to manage customer inquiries, CM1 to monitor and analyze transaction flows, and Notion for documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For:- A structured and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with others.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
