Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Nordics. As a key member of our expansion efforts, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building a robust pipeline.
Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities through lead qualification, outreach strategies, and market research. You will work closely with experienced account executives and key account managers to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and share insights from market feedback.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking.
Market research: Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, identify potential clients, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
Outreach strategy: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage and qualify leads, leveraging Ingrid's value proposition to address specific client needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient lead management and follow-up.
Performance targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
