About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales Development Representative team in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our strategic growth initiative, targeting technology-based fortune 500 companies and small to medium-size businesses in the German-speaking market.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the desired positioning of our brand, acting as a brand ambassador across various channels and identifying new opportunities to increase our chances of helping a wider range of high-tech companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with the right target audience to offer strategic advantages.
  • Drive demand and generate leads in line with defined KPIs.
  • Provide a consistently great and relevant experience by prioritizing potential and existing customers' needs and wants.
  • Coordinate meetings between prospects and sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in our CRM system and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to establish key selling features for launches and campaigns.
Requirements
  • A degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, or industrial engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a goal-oriented B2B sales environment, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to remain consistent and personalize outreach from the first touch point.
  • High levels of activity, including emailing, cold-calling, and other outreach methods.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent German and excellent written and spoken English skills.
