As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships with global companies that want to drive meaningful change. You'll help them identify risks, implement impactful training solutions, and create lasting change throughout their value chain as well as within their internal teams.
Your Role
- Business Development – Global Companies (60%)
- Identify and engage new premium-segment brand clients, turning them into long-term partners.
- Develop innovative lead-generation strategies and attend industry events to expand our network.
- Craft compelling pitches, proposals, and sales presentations that demonstrate real business value.
- Own the entire sales process, from first contact to contract execution.
- Business Development – Strategic Partnerships (20%)
- Identify and cultivate key partnerships to amplify our impact.
- Negotiate and execute mutually beneficial agreements.
- Explore opportunities for joint ventures, collaborations, and new market expansions.
- Key Account Management – Existing Clients (20%)
- Maintain and grow relationships with key commercial accounts, ensuring long-term success.
- Develop tailored account strategies that align with business goals.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and our solutions.
