Job Title: Key Account Manager B2B

This role plays a critical part in maximizing the profitability of our key accounts through strategic partnership building, sales development, and long-term relationship maintenance.

 

Account Management Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  2. Manage the sales cycle from initial contract negotiation to final service delivery, ensuring seamless transitions and high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Business Development Initiatives
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies to expand our market share.
  2. Pursue new business partnerships with third-party solution providers that can enhance our offerings and improve customer outcomes.

 

Required Expertise
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural settings.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft 365, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools and technologies.
