Job Description
You will work in a back office/inside sales role, reporting directly to the Sales Director. Continuous and close contact with our customers is essential through phone, mail, and video conferences. Limited on-site customer meetings may occur.
In this role, you will support Key Account Managers and have responsibility for assigned customers. Key customer responsibilities include customer service, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and administrative assignments within sales.
All customer interactions are proactive and constructive with professional business acumen.
We have two facilities that you will support: Hörby and Lomma. The position is placed at our Hörby facility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant education or equivalent knowledge through work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear and concise communication ability.
- Relevant commercial experience, preferably in sales and/or account management or similar.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
