About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Commission Executive to join our team at Singtel Group. As a key member of our sales commission operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team to manage day-to-day sales commission operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage sales commission operations, ensuring timely and accurate payout releases according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Guide the team to provide analysis on data trends to business stakeholders and follow through on any irregularities.
- Ensure payment summaries, payment requisitions, payroll uploads, and equivalent tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify or rectify sales claims that were rejected and raised as discrepancy claims.
- Respond to business or sales enquiries on commission payout and manual claim processing.
- Review current processes and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation for reference and audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good working attitude.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and advanced knowledge in MS Excel skills, such as Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
- Able to work independently and manage tight schedules, undertaking several projects concurrently.
- Accountable and having a sense of ownership on decisions made.
