Commissioning Director

Job Overview:

To lead the commissioning team to achieve mechanical completion, including pre-commissioning, of the facility and handover to the client. The commissioning manager is responsible for planning and executing safe and efficient pre-commissioning activities. This role supports the client for commissioning, start-up, and performance testing of the facility to achieve production and performance objectives and contractual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the execution plan for the project, defining activities to be performed by the team in the home office and during site execution.
• Conduct a contract review and obtain clarifications from the project management team on potential risks and impacts to the project.
• Develop pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and project completion schedules in collaboration with the project scheduler.
• Liaise with the H2 Electrolyser OEM and work collaboratively within the project team and with the client to maintain positive relationships.

About the Project:

The project is located in the green hydrogen market, and the commissioning manager will be based in The Hague office before transferring to site in Boden, Sweden.
