As a green tech company, we have extensive experience in sustainable services, delivering two platforms: a world-leading marketplace for connecting architects and manufacturers (bimobject.com), and the unique sustainability platform Prodikt, focusing on stakeholders and actors in the construction and property sector. To fuel these platforms, we develop BIM objects and EPDs. Additionally, we provide a software called EandoX that enables tracking in real-time of scope 3 emissions, generates reports like EPDs, and continuously works with eco design.

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated Customer Success Manager with a passion for customer care and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. They will also collaborate with the sales manager of EandoX to gain insight into current and future customer needs, ensuring a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize processes, including onboarding procedures, to deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, driving retention and loyalty, by manifesting the customer value and return on investment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EandoX customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
