
Enterprise Sales Specialist

As a Cloud Solutions Executive, you will play a critical role in guiding new customers through their journey to leave legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud.
You will partner with customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value, ensuring they are positively satisfied from day one and forever ongoing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.
- Performing account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Initiating and supporting sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and sharing the Workday value proposition.
- Being responsible for developing relationships with net new customers with a focus on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions, particularly core financials.
- Negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once.
- Experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
Requirements
You will need to have proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs. You should be able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Swedish or Finnish or Danish is also required.
