  4. Manage Full Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the sales journey from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution and maximum results.

  6. Market Expansion: Contribute to the growth of our client's HR-tech solutions in Finland, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to tap into them.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A native-level proficiency in Danish, Swedish, and excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
  2. Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is highly desirable.
  3. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset.
  4. Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships are essential.
  5. Comfortable working with systems and eager to learn our HR-tech platform.
