Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the payments or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with excellent consultative and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and local language for the region (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian).

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Retail and Hospitality industries, with experience in sales and business development within these sectors.
