As a trusted advisor to both CSMs and customers, you'll leverage your knowledge of retail, supply chain, and RELEX solutions to deliver measurable value and increase return on investment. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor, pipeline growth, cross-functional collaboration, customer & colleague engagement, and contributing to customer success initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering customer value. Familiarity with RELEX solutions or comparable systems is highly desirable, as well as hands-on experience with similar systems.
