About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Project Coordinator to join our team at Najell. As a key member of our Sales and Expansion Team, you will be responsible for creating physical meeting points for customers and executing events to strengthen our brand position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create physical meeting points for Najell to increase brand visibility
  • Plan and execute events for brand enthusiasts, including trade shows and product launches
  • Analyze trends and insights from performed events to inform future strategies
  • Coordinate internally with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Travel to different locations to perform and host events
Requirements
  • Experience in project/event coordination and execution
  • Strong social skills, salesmanship, and customer-first mindset
  • Self-motivation, take responsibility, and thrive in a high-working pace environment
  • Excellent language skills in English and at least one of the Nordic languages or German
