Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities through research and customer scenario discussions.
  • Leading conversations and setting up events within Microsoft.
  • Collaborating with global black belts (GBBs) to analyze competitor products, solutions, and services.
  • Implementing strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication.
  • Reviewing feedback reports and coaching others to ensure customer/partner satisfaction.
  • Managing the end-to-end business of the assigned territory.
  • Conducting forecasting for accounts and developing a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND a few years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Proven years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills, team spirit, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience with business applications from Microsoft or equivalent.
