Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities through research and customer scenario discussions.
- Leading conversations and setting up events within Microsoft.
- Collaborating with global black belts (GBBs) to analyze competitor products, solutions, and services.
- Implementing strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication.
- Reviewing feedback reports and coaching others to ensure customer/partner satisfaction.
- Managing the end-to-end business of the assigned territory.
- Conducting forecasting for accounts and developing a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND a few years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Proven years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- Strong collaboration skills, team spirit, and a growth mindset.
- Experience with business applications from Microsoft or equivalent.
