Key Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their needs and business goals.
  • Developing project plans for influencer marketing campaigns, considering client objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
  • Managing client partnerships through planning, budgeting, contracting, and forecasts.
  • Proactively developing additional business initiatives for existing clients.
  • Handling daily client and influencer communication efficiently and resolving issues.
  • Executing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all elements are delivered within deadlines and scope.
  • Ensuring relevant campaign KPIs are accurate, monitored, and met.
  • Conducting post-project evaluations and follow-ups with clients.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and providing regular reports to clients, highlighting results and recommendations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant postgraduate or professional degree in marketing and/or communication.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing from an agency or brand.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and influencers.
  • Proficiency in using campaign management software and analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
