About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchant Onboarding Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq. As a key member of our Merchant Acquisition department, you will be responsible for onboarding merchants from Europe and China, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage merchant applications, verifying credit checks and approving or declining applications
  • Oversee merchant registration, including KYC checks, account creation, and onboarding information
  • Lead merchants through the onboarding process, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Contribute to process improvements and system maintenance
Requirements
  • Relevant education or equivalent qualifications
  • Excellent fluency in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
