
Fiber Network Alliance Development Manager

Meet a Group's client, Netadmin Systems, is a global leader in creating software for fiber network operators. We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships as our Channel Sales Manager.
The JobThis newly created position offers you the opportunity to shape and execute Netadmin's channel sales strategy from the ground up. You'll focus on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, as well as strengthening relationships with existing ones. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key partners.
- Aligning partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.
You'll work closely with Resellers, Sales Agents, and Eco System Partners, forging long-term relationships while establishing and executing sales plans and go-to-market strategies to grow revenue in accordance with quota targets. This is a hybrid role, with key markets in the Nordics, Western Europe, and the US.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in partner/channel management and/or direct sales, ideally within IT software solutions for the telecom industry.
- A strong network within the Telco industry, with existing relationships across multiple levels.
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and VARs and building effective partner programs.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage at C-level.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into tangible partner initiatives.
- Fluency in English; Swedish and German language skills are a plus.
