About the Role

This is a newly created position, offering you the opportunity to shape and execute Netadmin's channel sales strategy from the ground up. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
  • Strengthening relationships with existing partners and establishing long-term, strategic relationships.
  • Aligning partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.

You'll work closely with Resellers, Sales Agents, and Eco System Partners to establish and execute sales plans and go-to-market strategies to grow revenue in accordance with quota targets. This is a hybrid role, with key markets in the Nordics, Western Europe, and the US.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving channel revenue growth by supporting partners in identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to build joint initiatives that generate demand.
  • Ensuring partners are trained and equipped to effectively sell and support Netadmin's solutions.
