
Global Partner Ecosystem Expansion Manager

Join us at Netadmin Systems, a leading provider of software for fiber network operators, as a Channel Sales Manager and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
About the RoleThis is a newly created position, offering you the opportunity to shape and execute Netadmin's channel sales strategy from the ground up. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners.
- Recruiting and onboarding new partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
- Strengthening relationships with existing partners and establishing long-term, strategic relationships.
- Aligning partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.
You'll work closely with Resellers, Sales Agents, and Eco System Partners to establish and execute sales plans and go-to-market strategies to grow revenue in accordance with quota targets. This is a hybrid role, with key markets in the Nordics, Western Europe, and the US.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Driving channel revenue growth by supporting partners in identifying and closing opportunities.
- Developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to build joint initiatives that generate demand.
- Ensuring partners are trained and equipped to effectively sell and support Netadmin's solutions.
