About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Jobbs On Sweden AB. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their financial goals through our innovative Wealth-Tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding and Implementation

Facilitate seamless onboarding and implementation processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.

Client Support and Success

Provide exceptional support to existing clients, addressing administrative issues and concerns related to their investments.

Client Relationship Management

Lead initial meetings with new clients to understand their needs and develop strategies for their success.

Requirements Capture and Collaboration

Capture client requirements during discussions and collaborate with our tech team to address these needs and enhance the user experience.

Analytical Support

Assist both the client and sales teams with analytical tasks, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.

Platform Testing and Enhancement

Test new functionalities within our platform to ensure a seamless user experience and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of a high school diploma and one year of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Problem-Solving and Initiative

A proven problem-solver who can take initiative to drive client success and move the business forward.

Technical and Financial Knowledge

A passion for technology and a strong interest in the financial market, with fluency in both Swedish and English.

Customer Service and Communication

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service and Finance

Experience in customer service, particularly within the finance sector, with knowledge of private banking and experience managing significant investor accounts.
