Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Success: Monitor and manage sales goals, key metrics, and performance indicators to drive commercial success in the store.
  2. Team Management: Support Store Management in implementing action plans to achieve individual and team results, and build a strong commercial awareness of competitors and local markets.
  3. People Development: Coach and develop team members, prepare One-On-One meetings, and measure performance of store team.
  4. Product Knowledge: Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers and entry-level associates, and ensure merchandise availability on the shopping floor.
  5. Customer Service: Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure customer experience, and handle transactions, complaints, and returns.
  6. Process and Systems: Ensure company policies and procedures are followed, and utilize business systems and latest technology to drive operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
