Your Responsibilities:

Depending on the specific team you join, your duties may include:

  • Assessing customer needs and providing suitable solutions, including sales
  • Assisting customers with billing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues promptly
  • Helping customers with order placements and related concerns
  • Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical problems
  • Adhering to standard diagnostic protocols while efficiently addressing frequently asked questions
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions
  • Enjoying your experience in Greece
Your Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills in Norwegian
  • Proficient in English (B2+ level)
  • Experience in sales of consumer products and services is advantageous
  • Technical skills for troubleshooting customer issues
  • Advanced internet research capabilities
  • An empathetic approach combined with strong communication skills
  • A positive and adventurous mindset
  • A willingness to learn and absorb knowledge and experience
