We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lobby Ambassador Deltid. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Manage and distribute mail and packages
• Operate a small café, including ordering and stocking supplies
• Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Perform other administrative duties as required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management
