Senior Compensation Consultant with analytical expertise

At SE007 Mercer (Sweden) Ab, we're committed to empowering our clients and communities to thrive. As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our career consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship management to drive growth and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Understand people practices and provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their workforce strategies.
  • Ensure the quality of our delivery by maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Understand data and set up clear KPIs to measure the effectiveness of project delivery and inform decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration and identify transformation opportunities by engaging in open dialogues and becoming a trusted partner in clients' initiatives.
  • Strengthen our brand and market positioning by contributing to thought leadership, market knowledge, and impactful solutions.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Management, Economics, HR, or equivalent.
  • Consultative client-facing experience with the ability to work directly with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent command of English and Swedish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and present data accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective time management with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with a strong eagerness to learn and proactive mindset.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in Compensation and Benefits, HR, and Organizational consulting is highly desirable.
