About the Role

As a key member of our team at BYD Europe, we are seeking an experienced Regional After Sales Representative to join our Passenger Cars division in Sweden. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a strong and customer-focused After Sales service level in the designated region or country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Network Management: Drive and support dealer partners' service network management, including service preparation, monitoring, and managing the after-sales business plan, and steering the dealer partners' continuous service level improvement.
  • Project Development and Execution: Plan and organize regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners, ensuring the localization and implementation of BYD after-sales policies and standards in the network.
  • Quality and Performance Management: Own and continuously improve all authorized repairers/service centers KPIs, collaborating with our Chinese and European HQ to create, implement, and ensure regular ad hoc performance reporting.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Experience: Ensure the implementation of our customer-centric approach and unique BYD customer experience at dealer partners, collecting and analyzing service/maintenance data, and assisting partners to resolve customer complaints and negative feedback in a timely manner.
  • Technical Support and Communication: As an expert in after-sales, support and communicate with technical support, quality, and warranty team with critical issue handling, quality investigation, and training arrangement.
  • Spare Parts Management: Coordinate the spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the parts supply chain team and steering parts service level improvement.
  • Business Objectives and KPIs: Work with dealer partners to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual after-sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Travel and Relationship Building: Travel across the region/country as needed to support day-to-day after-sales business and ensure a close relationship with dealer partners.
Essential Criteria and Experience
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel on a very frequent basis within the country/region and abroad, including potential trips to the Netherlands and China, indication 25% of your time.
  • Education and Experience: HBO+ (bachelor or master) working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E-mobility within importer or OEM.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish language and English are a must, Chinese is a plus.
  • Other Requirements: High-level attention to details, time management, and accuracy, proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills, and a valid driver's license for the EU.
