Industrial Sales Director

The Industrial Sales Director will lead the sales team responsible for promoting and selling the entire service portfolio for large motors and generators. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to grow top-line sales, setting and achieving annual sales budgets, and developing systematic sales activities with accurate forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with sales management experience, and a strong customer focus. A university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is also required. The ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including local sales units and global functions, is essential.
