Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Customer Liaison section on a parental leave cover contract that ends 31st of August 2026. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth customer onboarding, supporting contract management, and fostering strong relationships with our global client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Partner with the Customer Engagement section to guide new clients through the enrolment process.
- Manage new client setups in internal systems, ensuring efficient administration of enrolment and licensing tasks.
- Analyse client financial criteria and business changes, following up on updates to their needs and status.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of internal systems related to client management and licences.
We are looking for a mission-driven individual who is motivated by making a global impact in a non-profit setting. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, analytical, and proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
