Customer Success Strategist

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving net revenue retention and expansion on a portfolio of strategic customers by delivering the Customer Success Programme. This programme aims to increase adoption of the Kaisa product suite, maximise customer value, and ensure ongoing adoption.
This role requires strong customer relationship management skills, commercial ownership, and experience working strategically to achieve customer retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or related fields.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the Kaisa Customer Success Programme to key customer stakeholders
- Maximise customer adoption of the Kaisa product suite
- Establish customer goals, pain points, and KPIs, and work with them to continuously optimise these
- Build and develop strong customer relationships, educating stakeholders on the Kaisa value proposition
