We are looking for a skilled Deal Making Director to join our team at CVX Ventures and lead our deal making efforts.
About the RoleAs a Deal Making Director, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing new investment opportunities that align with our investment strategy. You will work closely with our investment committee to develop and implement a comprehensive deal making plan, leveraging your expertise in negotiation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
You will also provide strategic guidance to our portfolio companies to drive growth and success, and collaborate with our partners to identify new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive deal making strategy to achieve our investment goals
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through extensive research and network engagement
- Negotiate and structure investment deals to maximize returns
- Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies to drive growth and success
- Strong educational background, ideally with a master's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and industry experts
