This role requires strong commercial ownership, including managing customer acquisition costs and optimizing revenue streams.

You'll own the commercial strategy, ensure its implementation, and drive customer growth, satisfaction, and profitability across one of our regional territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive billing and revenue growth across your markets/territory.
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and ensure profitability.
  • Boost average billing per user (ABPU) and average billing per product (ABPP).
  • Expand market shares, achieving growth above competitors and market trends.
  • Lead user base development, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and reduced churn.
  • Elevate customer NPS through exceptional service and communication.

About You:

  • Proven expertise in commercial leadership with 5+ years of experience in SaaS, tech, or digital solutions.
  • Strategic and tactical skills to craft and execute data-driven commercial strategies and implementation plans.
  • P&L management experience, including CAC optimization and revenue growth.
  • Analytical excellence to analyze large sets of data for data-driven decision-making and insight-led prioritization.
  • Market knowledge of the Swedish market and its customer base.
  • Leadership skills to build and inspire high-performing teams.
