
Business Development Manager – Sweden

About Us
At BrightAnalytics, we're driving growth by expanding our customer portfolio. As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help us grow our business and brand.
This role is based in Sweden, where you'll be working with both local and international teams to drive results.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You'll follow up on leads from our business developers and external partners;
- You'll also have the opportunity to develop your own sales pipeline;
- Through virtual meetings, you'll introduce our software to potential customers;
- Your follow-up actions will guide prospects through our customer cycle;
- Via various events and seminars, you'll build a network of C-level executives;
- You'll take the lead on ad hoc projects that support our business.
Who We're Looking For
- You have a Master's degree and at least two years of relevant experience;
- You have excellent language skills in English and Finnish, with Swedish being a plus;
- You possess strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively engage with C-level contacts;
- You have a keen sense for business opportunities and can convince others with your enthusiasm and expertise;
- You stay informed about finance, entrepreneurship, and company operations;
- You're self-motivated, adaptable, and able to learn quickly;
- You thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on results.
