About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Success Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our Customer Experience organization, you will play a vital role in driving software utilization and value realization across our customer base.
As a Business Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through software adoption, ensuring successful onboarding, and fostering positive relationships with our clients. Your expertise in crafting Technical Adoption Plans will be instrumental in accelerating business outcomes and optimizing Return on Investment.
- You will work closely with Sales and Renewals teams to drive Annual Recurring Revenue growth.
- Your ability to connect Cisco's offerings to success measures and remove adoption barriers will be unmatched.
- You will identify new opportunities and ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8 years of related experience
- Knowledge of a single technology architecture or CCIE/Industry equivalent certification
- Experience developing software adoption plans across technology portfolio
- Strong written and spoken English and Swedish language skills
