Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Work with our paid marketing strategy to drive, coordinate, and execute marketing activities and campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate marketing efforts between various departments within Embark and external partners to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Create Engaging Campaign Content: Work with Embark's content and media team, as well as external agencies, to develop stunning, honest, and memorable campaign content that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze Market Trends: Analyze trends in relevant markets to identify opportunities and ensure we are chasing the right targets.
- Drive Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness across Embark's IPs and drive business growth.
- Ensure Successful Go-to-Market Efforts: Work with Embark's publishing and commercial teams to ensure successful go-to-market efforts across our publishing and commercial efforts.
- Drive Business Goals: Drive business goals established by Embark Leadership, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Marketing Strategy: Proven track record of generating highly impactful marketing experiences, with knowledge of current tactics, tools, and capabilities.
- Experience in the Gaming Industry: Experience from the gaming industry and an understanding of games-as-a-service, with a focus on marketing and commercial strategies.
- Operational Execution: Experience with operationally executing marketing activities, with a focus on driving business growth and results.
- Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights and relevant product improvements.
- Excellent Writing Skills: Great writing skills and native level proficiency in written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
