Key Responsibilities- Manage Private Wireless related sales engagements through to completion
- Develop labs, training, and documentation on related products and features
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Successfully match customer pain points to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses
- Promote, conduct, and manage Proof of Concepts, trials, and demonstrations in the field
- Document customer and industry use cases for internal and external use
- Provide customers and prospects with hands-on configuration assistance and training
- Effectively communicate client needs to R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Five to seven years of demonstrated technical success in pre-sales systems engineering in 3GPP cellular technologies (or equivalent experience)
- One to two years of experience working with Private Wireless solutions and ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of Private Wireless networks and their associated use cases
- Good understanding of private or public cloud design considerations like containerization, distributed systems, load balancing, LTE, and 5G architecture
- Familiarity with Enterprise network concepts, protocols, and solutions, such as routing, VPN, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, etc.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into understandable language for any level of audience
- Superior professional and communications skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios, resolve conflict, influence preconceptions, and overcome objections
- Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a track record of consistent achievement
- A strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree
