Are you a results-driven Client Growth Specialist looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Customer Success team at Proposales AB.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth and expansion within your account base. You'll identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and grow customer loyalty.

You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and maximize impact. You'll also provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of Proposales based on customer insights.

About The Opportunity:
  1. Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and expand customer relationships.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, understanding their needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Upsell & Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and grow customer loyalty.
  4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align sales strategies and product roadmaps with customer needs.
