We're looking for a Chief Architect (Principal Engineer) to join our fast-growing team. This unique opportunity allows you to bring your ideas and expertise to a cutting-edge tech company, defining the vision and delivering the plan.

Your key responsibilities:
  • You will lead the development of our platform architecture, combining technical contributions with coaching and leading a growing team of talented engineers.
  • With high autonomy, you'll work closely with the Head of Product to make strategic product and roadmap decisions.
Your focus areas will be:
  • Platform Architecture: As a hands-on Principal Engineer, you'll drive the vision of the entire platform architecture. You'll play a leading role in technical development, architecture, and project delivery, ensuring software quality and taking personal ownership of the products you ship.
  • Ensuring Technical Excellence: You'll be a hands-on engineer who can teach best practices within your team. You'll contribute to internal APIs and SDKs, as well as project delivery, helping the team with software quality and taking personal ownership of the products you ship.
  • Roadmap Planning and Prioritisation: In collaboration with the Head of Product, you'll ensure we balance customer needs and technical debt.
  • Building Your Team: You'll help your team work together, bringing out individual strengths using an agile approach. You'll put in place the necessary structures and communicate effectively, playing an active part in hiring, onboarding, and growing your team.
