- Improve focus and alignment of key distribution channels in the assigned territories
- Formulate and implement B2B strategies with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts and drive revenue streams from new business
- Negotiate partner incentive agreements and develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with partners
- Manage and coordinate sales projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders in head office and region to develop short/medium term local sales incentives strategy
- Work effectively with Sales Force, Tableau, and Excel
- Engage in joint sales and marketing activities to grow the level and quality of Qatar Airways revenue
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 6 years of job-related experience ideally within airlines, travel, transport, or hospitality
- Strong leadership experience, proven ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a cross-border team
- Strong negotiating, influencing, and communication skills
- Budget planning experience
- Dedicated problem-solving and team player skills, being confident in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong understanding of airline processes, systems, and travel industry in general
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
- Knowledge of Sales Force and Tableau is beneficial
- Fluency in English and Scandinavian language (written and spoken) is essential
