About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach.

Your primary objective will be to book qualified meetings with potential clients to maintain a consistently filled sales pipeline. You will also nurture and educate potential customers to a buying-ready stage, acting as a guide in their buyer's journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focusing on prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach.
  • Conducting initial outreach to prospects through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest and engage potential customers.
  • Booking qualified outbound meetings with potential clients to ensure a consistently filled sales pipeline.
  • Nurturing and educating potential customers to a buying-ready stage, acting as a tour guide in their buyer's journey.
  • Gatekeeping data: maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns by providing market insights.
