Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a Swedish-speaking part-time Business Development Consultant to help drive B2B sales opportunities for our customers through our Sales-as-a-Service concept.

You will assist our customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales and market analytics by blending technology, such as AI tools, with phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.

As an integral part of our growth journey, you will help define our strategic direction while working closely with our customers in fields like consulting and technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound sales activities via email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Creating business opportunities for our customers in the Nordics
  • Managing own sales pipelines
  • Driving customer success through regular reports and status meetings
  • Identifying best practices to develop internal processes
  • Working with CRM systems and AI tools
  • Contributing to building the company culture
  • Working between 15-20 hours a week

Key Performance Objectives

  • Sales: Conduct at least 150 outreach activities in fluent Swedish per week, leading to generation of new leads and high-quality business opportunities
  • Data: Accurately log all customer interactions and track customer insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Customer Communication: Develop proactive communication skills and maintain high levels of satisfaction from customers
  • Mindset: Demonstrate solution-oriented mindset and resolve significant customer challenges
  • Culture Building: Foster collaborative work environment and contribute to enhancing the company culture
