
Head of Sales Development

Forterro is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Sweden. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to define and execute sales strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include formulating and executing sales plans, ensuring excellent Salesforce hygiene, and managing productivity and quality. Additionally, you will develop and coach account management strategies and tactics to drive growth.
You will work closely with our marketing team to address any funnel issues and coordinate campaigns accordingly. A strong focus on process improvements and recommendations that make the team more efficient is also required.
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in building, developing, growing, and managing account management and new business sales teams. Proficiency in CRM, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is critical, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and sales metrics.
- This role requires experience in developing and coaching account management strategies and tactics that drive growth.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering targets and consistent accuracy in short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting is required.
