The Head of E-commerce will play a critical role in driving growth in our subscription-based business by developing and optimizing the e-commerce platform. This individual will focus on enhancing the customer journey to foster long-term engagement and loyalty while using data-driven insights to support marketing efforts.
Main Responsibilities- Lead e-commerce operations, ensuring the platform delivers on performance, usability, and growth
- Continuously improve the website to optimize user experience, enhance brand representation, and drive conversions
- Leverage customer insights, sales performance, and data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Design and implement e-commerce strategies and execute operationally to boost sales
- Align site content, offers, and campaigns with goals and business objectives
- Collaborate on initiatives across SEO, SEM, email, and social media to drive engagement
- Manage e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI
