About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Infosys Technologies Sweden AB. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Desktop Support: Provide timely and effective support for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  2. Windows Support: Offer expert support for Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  3. Network Support: Collaborate with our network team to ensure seamless connectivity and network performance.
  4. Help Desk: Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  5. Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
  1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
  2. Hardware and Software Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Azure Experience: Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Intune, and Azure DHCP.
  2. SCCM Experience: Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment and management.
