About This Role
This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about working with cutting-edge technology and global internet branding. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution skills.
- Fulfillment: Partner with clients to take and fulfill orders efficiently and effectively.
- Management: Oversee a portfolio of digital assets, including domain names, trademarks, and brand protection business, to help protect and secure clients' global internet brands.
- Opportunities: Identify new revenue streams and enhancements to product offerings to drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Service Support teams to complete internal and external customer orders.
- Development: Assist Product Managers with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
- Insights: Stay informed about industry changes and communicate new product offerings to clients.
- Data: Analyze customer data to make informed business decisions.
- Demos: Deliver online demonstrations for clients and sales staff.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluency in English and Swedish required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar customer service-oriented role advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, required.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Previous experience in producing quality results with high attention to detail.
- Integrity: Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and co-workers.
