About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to join our team at Totême in Stockholm. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving business growth through sales and brand building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Totême's values and products to customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and execute efficient workflows.
  • Merchandise and style products to create an engaging and visually appealing store environment.
  • Plan and execute daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Contribute to Totême's social and environmental sustainability strategy, aligning with our company values.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about style, communication, and storytelling.
  • Driven and results-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and solve issues smoothly.
  • Structured and well-organized, with a flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends.
